Via the Executive Committee, the Board of Directors, the General Meeting and the creation of a Study Department and work groups in which associate companies who comprise the Chamber participate, in addition to representatives of associated bodies linked to concessional activities. Furthermore, we collaborate with professional firms who provide the required external advice.

To be a leading international observatory, promoting the concessional model through all means available, actively participating in work groups collaborating with the Public Administration, providing the experience and opinions of associates in periods of legislative changes, and proposing modifications to obsolete regulations that do not fit the reality and which involve a handicap to developing concessions, and all aspects related to public-private partnership.

• Represent the interests of associates before legislative and regulatory spokespersons, such as the public administrations, official bodies and others.
• Defend the interests of its associates and correct the concessional model with public bodies, challenging – if necessary – any generic administrative acts that harm or impede the free participation of concession companies.
• Publicise the activity undertaken by concession companies and the virtues of the public-private partnership model, highlighting good practices and rewarding the most renowned concessional models.
• Create value by promoting new public services and increasing the efficacy and efficiency of those that already exist.
